Welcome to Glowo. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Glowo uptime monitoring platform ("Service"), operated by G Networks ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Legal Information

Glowo is operated by G Networks, registered in France under SIREN 753 647 585, located at 100 rue Vulfran Warme, 80000 Amiens, France. Contact us via our contact page.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

3. Description of Service

Glowo provides uptime monitoring services including, but not limited to:

• HTTP, TCP, ping, DNS, WebSocket, and push monitoring
• Public and private status pages
• Notification channels (email, webhook, Slack, Discord, etc.)
• API access for programmatic management
• Heartbeat and response time tracking

4. Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to violate any applicable laws
• Use the Service to monitor endpoints you do not own or have explicit permission to monitor
• Attempt to overwhelm or abuse monitored targets through the Service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized third parties
• Use the Service to store or transmit malicious code
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

6. Subscription Plans and Billing

6.1 Free and Paid Plans

Glowo offers both free and paid subscription plans. Feature limits, monitoring intervals, and data retention periods vary by plan as described on our pricing page.

6.2 Payment

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We use Stripe for payment processing; your payment information is handled directly by Stripe and is not stored on our servers.

6.3 Changes to Pricing

We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of data as described therein. You retain ownership of all data you submit to the Service. We will not access your data except to provide and improve the Service, comply with law, or as otherwise described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Service Availability

While we strive for high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable advance notice. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from Service downtime or data loss.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by G Networks and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. Our trademarks may not be used without our prior written consent. Open-source components used in the Service are listed on our licenses page.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, G Networks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless G Networks and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Data deletion will follow our data retention policy as described in our Privacy Policy.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Amiens, France.
